Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Discord ID — to bind licenses, roles and invite telemetry.
• IP reputation — checked once during verification for VPN/proxy/blacklist scoring. Raw IPs are only stored to enforce bans.
• License data — key, product, tier, expiry, optional username/password and HWID.
• Payment metadata — amount, method and Secret Word as typed by staff or extracted from your receipt. We never store full card numbers.

2. What we never collect

No full payment-card data, no government identity documents, no messages from private channels outside of ticket transcripts you are a party to.

3. How data is used

Solely to deliver licenses, verify receipts, prevent fraud/alt abuse, and produce aggregate store statistics such as revenue totals.

4. Third parties

Receipt images are forwarded to our AI provider for verification and to Discord for delivery. Public IP checks use a geolocation/abuse database. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

5. Retention & deletion

Records are retained while a license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for chargeback defence. You may request deletion of your Discord-linked data by opening a support ticket.

6. Security

Portal credentials are stored salted and hashed, ticket channels are private by default, and all traffic to the portal should be served over HTTPS in production.
